The T-1600 is built using 5 x 40’ HC containers (9’6”H) offering 1600sq. This unit offers 3 or 4 bedrooms, multiple configurations available. 

These units are prefabricated with the internal walls removed & structurally reinforced, all Ballance Homes are fully engineered & comply with building codes. The containers are delivered to site by flatbed truck, craned into position and sealed on site. 

All of our container homes are available with various finishes based on client budget & needs.

Interior:

- Spray foam insulation - R-value depends on region.
